We believe there are two wrong ways to approach branding. We’ve
seen too many small businesses spend a lot of money on their
branding only to be left with a generic logo, clipart images, and
outdated websites that don’t engage customers, don’t collect leads
and generate any sales. This sort of “branding” works for businesses
who are content with where they are, just to develop a brand to
“throw” their names out there, and there are a lot of agencies out
there that specialize in this sort of branding. This approach does not
serve the business that is looking to expand and grow profits.
This is NOT the approach we take.
There are many other businesses who take on their branding
themselves because other agencies are so expensive. When they
finally do reach out to a creative agency for help after struggling
to do it on their own, those agencies oftentimes merely update
the poor designs and functions the business owners and managers
crafted themselves and charge a lot to do it. We believe true
branding starts from the ground up. That is why we take a
partnership approach to each of our clients so that we can truly

We’ve created three unique, easy to understand packages designed
to help you find the right level of service that you need. But we want
to take it further by offering a free initial consultation to truly
understand your needs and what solutions are best for you.
Q: Why is UpdateMyBrand more affordable than other agencies?
Smart branding doesn’t have to mean expensive branding. By
simplifying our approach and packaging our services together, we
are able to streamline the costs and remove any hidden expenses

Q: Why should I choose UpdateMyBrand?

Q: How many revisions are allowed for my project?
Each package comes standard with 3 revisions for each part.
Free follow-up and minor revisions are included at no additional
cost for up to 3 months after project completion.
Q: Do you provide source files?
Yes! Each project will include all original source files for your
future use and other print-related projects.
Q: How long will it take for a project?
Project time depends on the package chosen. For standard logo
design, typical turnaround is 5-10 days. For social media and
stationery kits, turnaround can typically be expected within 7-14
days. Full website design and builds take between 4-12 weeks,
depending on the content and complexity needed.
Q: Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes. If you choose to have us host your website, we will include the
domain name for free over the first 12 months. The 1-year hosting fee
will also be included in our website package.
Q: Can you update my existing website instead of a full new design?
Absolutely! We understand that your existing website might have
some function already. We don’t want you to overpay for items
that you do not need. Contact us today for a free custom quote.
Q: Can I make updates to my website?
Yes. Almost all of our websites are built using the WordPress
CMS, and you will be given full administrative access. This access
will allow you to make minor changes and additions like blog posts
password updates, text and image editing. Please note that some
revision is more complex than others and we provide brief
instructional guides and videos that you can follow and learn from.
Our website package includes 3 months of unlimited content
change, and there is an option to upgrade to 12-month support if
Q: How do we communicate during our project?
We communicate and collaborate on projects through Basecamp 3.
With your busy schedule and demands, we’ve found this is the
easiest way for you to get accurate, up-to-date progress and
communication. You also have communication access to our
designers and project managers in the project portal there, and
notifications will be sent to you in real-time with any project
updates. We also understand that other forms of communication
might work better for you, so we can also use SMS, Skype, or
Whatsapp for updates and communication. In short, we’re available
when you need us to be, in whatever format works best for you.
Q: Can we customize Shopify or Wix website instead of using WordPress?
Of course! If you have already signed a contract with Shopify or
Wix, we can design and develop your website using those platforms
instead. Using these 3rd party platforms does limit some of your
options and functionality, but we can still work within their
frameworks if that is your preference.
